several companies through start-up, survival turnaround and growth modes. Thomas approaches

each new business challenge with his intrinsic flair for innovation, creative problem-solving and

measured risk-taking to drive consistent bottom-line improvement and increase profits. Prior to

starting Simplified Employer Solutions LLC, Thomas was Cofounder and partner of a successful

Employee Leasing company PersoNet Employer Options Inc. Recognizing the changes in the

industry the company SES was started to reduce the gap between Payroll Companies and PEO’s,

the objective, to assist small to midsize business owners with better and new choices when it

comes to the outsourcing of human Resource and Payroll Administration.

Thomas P. Corinti was born and raised in Muskegon Michigan. He obtained this degree from

Muskegon Business College. Thomas developed his interest as an entrepreneur at an early age.

While tasked with providing leadership and leveraging an ever-expanding portfolio of

qualification covering sales, operation, and general management core competencies, Thomas

proved time and again his flexibility in responding to changing market conditions and his ability

to “wear many hats” in the effort to meet corporate goals and challenges.
